sandusky. david lee miller live from the courthouse with more on this breaking news. david lee? >> reporter: jenna, the bottom line here, a minimum of 30 years, this is what the judge sentenced jersey sandusky too. the judge said it was a tantamount to a life sentence. sandusky could have been sentenced to 400 years. at the end of the day he sandusky is 68 years old and essentially a 30-year sentence is essentially a life sentence. he told the court, i quote him, i didn't do these alleged disof the abouting acts. he talked about the fact that he had to spend his 42nd wedding anniversary in the county jail. he talked to his family and friends. he said they were in described as the fourth quarter. he went on to say we will continue to fight. he missed his grandchildren as well as his dog. he talked about the fact only person he had a sexual relationship with is his wife. his wife is his only sex partner. he added, after marriage. quoting him again, i tried to bring joy. i tried to make people laugh. through it all jerry sandusky was wearing a red jumpsuit. he for the most part was unemotional
